When you contact us

The help form stores your email address, chosen topic, message, and submission time in our studio database on our Netcup server. We use this information to review your request and respond. Please do not send information about individual children. Access to the inbox is restricted to the studio owner.

Storage and deletion

Support records remain in the studio database until the studio deletes them. Backups may retain deleted information until they are replaced.
